MEET OUR TEAM
All of us working at Happy Niños have passed an enhanced DBS check, have detailed knowledge and training on Safeguarding and preventing harm to children at a young age; the Early Years Foundation Framework; have Food Safety and First Aid Qualifications as the safety of all children is very stringent within our setting. Our staff have completed NSPCC training on Safer Recruitment in Education and all our staff undergo a detailed induction period and regularly attend training courses (provided internally and externally by the local authority and other external providers). This helps us to develop and share knowledge and skills and provide the best and safest care to your little one.

Nursery Manager
My name is Kerris and I am the Nursery Manager. I have been in childcare for over 12 years. My vision for the nursery is to have a ‘home from home’ for your child where they can be surrounded with love and comfort and have quality focused activities individually designed for each child to grow.

Senior Nursery Practitioner
My name is Bianca, and I am a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner. I have been in childcare for three years. I am currently attending university, and my ultimate objective is to become a Primary Teacher. I enjoy working as a Nursery Practitioner because it allows me to be a part of children’s personal growth, and help them achieve all their goals, while also ensuring they get ready for school when the time comes.

My name is Irina and I am the Deputy. I have been in childcare for 3 years. I started as an apprentice after working as a nanny and discovering my enjoyment of working with children. I enjoy watching children to develop and grown with confidence. Improving their personal and social skills by providing fun and stimulating activities

My name is Hamida and I am a nursery practitioner. I have been in childcare for over 7 years working in both schools and nurseries. I love to create activities for children and watch them grow and develop. As a mother myself this brings me great joy.

I love working with children because I like to provide them with a fun, safe stimulating environment to help them achieve their milestones.

Nursery Housekeeper
My name is Nichola and I am the Nursery Housekeeper, I prepare all of the meals as well as make sure the nursery is cleaned to a high standard. I previously worked in a school kitchen preparing the meals for the students. When I am home I enjoy spending time with my children.
